These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the rules applicable to sales made on the website www.funkyfeets.com . By placing an order, you accept these terms in their entirety.

The products offered for sale on www.funkyfeets.com are socks and accessories carefully selected for their quality, style and originality.
Each product is presented with a detailed description and photos as faithful as possible. However, slight variations in color or pattern may appear depending on the screens.

3. Price

  • Prices are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
  • Delivery costs, if applicable, are indicated separately before validation of your order.
  • Funky Feets reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but orders already validated will not be affected.

4. Order

To order:

  1. Select your favorite socks and add them to your cart.
  2. Validate your shopping cart and enter your personal information.
  3. Make payment via the methods provided.

Once the order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your purchase.

5. Payment

Payments on www.funkyfeets.com are secured using an SSL encryption system.

Your order will be shipped after receipt of payment.

7. Returns and Refunds

You have 30 days from receipt to return your products to us if you change your mind.
Return conditions:

  • Socks must be intact, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Return costs are your responsibility, except in the case of an error on our part.

8. Guarantee of conformity

All our products comply with the description on the site. In the event of a defect or non-conformity, you have 2 years to report the problem to us and request an exchange or refund.

9. Liability

Funky Feets cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays or impossibility of delivery due to cases of force majeure.
  • Incorrect use of the products by the customer.
